Hah, this is really funny and interesting. I would not have thought to write it this way, but very creative! It also shows the complicated relationship between the duchess and the duke as the Duke suddenly has a Facebook account which is hilarious. Good job, this is funny and creative.

This is a great idea! Maybe you should have changed the dates to a contemporary context to suit the genre. But it is brilliant. And I totally agree with the above, it showcases the characters' relationships in a great way.
Really fun idea. I guess the Duchess had no idea who was lurking on her profile! Of course, the element of the final twist in the original (The Duke's next marriage) cannot really be included in this intervention... Or could future comments do the job?
This is great! I love how it's written in a contemporary "facebook language" with smileys and everything. And the fact that the duke's comment is written the day after suggests that something bad might have happened in the time past. This was a brilliant idea, I really like it!
