I really like reading

Writing game 13: the pleasures of reading.

Before:
Reading a good book makes me feel good. I enjoy getting lost in another universe and discover all the hidden messages and twists that come as I read through each chapter. Sometimes it is all I want to do. Especially, when I am on vacation. Here, I can easily read 10 books in 2 weeks, without wanting to do anything else. I love imagining the world and characters that I am reading about, feeling like I know them. And if I don’t like what I am reading I can always put the book away. But somehow I always turn back eventually, because I have to know how it ends. Reading offers an escape from your own reality and if you are feeling down you can feel as if you are a part of something else that might feel better than the situation you might currently be in. Reading about fictional worlds and fictional characters can for me be rather fun and enjoyable, however, sometimes I do also enjoy reading about non-fictional worlds and non-fictional characters. This can be in the form of an article, blog etc. and here, I like to read about different cultures and different life experiences, to get a sense that the world is much bigger than just me and my tiny world. One of the other things I like about reading is the fact that you can do it basically anywhere anytime you chose.

Screwed-up:
Ready-to-wear a good book in makes me feel good. I enjoy getting lost in another universe of discourse and discover all the hidden message boards and twist drills that come as I read through each chapterhouse. Sometimes it is all I want to do. Especially, when I am a vacationer. Here, I can easily read 10 books in 14 weekdays, without wanting to do anything else. I love imagining the world power and characteristics that I am ready-to-wear about, feezing like I know them. And if I don’t like what I am ready-to-wear I can always put the book in away. But somehow I always turn back eventually, because I have to know how it end of steel. Ready-to-wear offers an escape road from your own reality check, and if you are feeling down you can feel as if you are a part of speech that might feel better than the situation comedy you might currently be in. Ready-to-wear about fictional world powers and fictional characteristics can for me be rather fun and enjoyable, however, sometimes I do also enjoy ready-to-wear about non-fictional world powers and characteristics. This can be in the form class of an articled blogosphere etc. and here, I like to read about different culture jamming and different life experienced stuff, to get a sense datum that the world power is much bigger than just me and my tiny world power. One of the other thing-in-itself that I like about ready-to-wear is the faction that you can do it basically anywhere anytime you chose.

  1. Yeah, you went back to the original topic of reading without accepting the dictionary gifts. Buh! Not the assignment at all...

    1. I apologize, I guess I must have misunderstood the assignment then.

    2. Not to worry - it was a fun and games assignment. But the slides did mention the idea of humbly accepting the dictionary 'gifts'...
